Dirty Fireworks in action.
The Dirty Fireworks attack is a Tier 3 Unique weapon that shoots 1 small projectile that follows the mouse till time runs out, or it hits an enemy. Upon hitting an enemy, they will be dealt 0-2 damage, and then be levitated into the air. They will then explode and be dealt the full amount of damage. While the enemy is being levitated, they are unable to move. This effect also applies to bosses.
